PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPY

What is PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPY?

SAFER SIX is proud to be a safe space for body-positive, sex-positive, inclusive PELVIC HEALTH physiotherapy.

Pelvic health physiotherapy is evidence-based treatment that affects the pelvic floor muscles and the biological systems that they are part of; biomechanical support (ie. core strength), urinary function, bowel function, and sexual function. Your treatment plan is determined by your goals and supported by your physiotherapist, who guides you with their expert knowledge.
